Keep the money in your ecosystem with team credit.

When the trigger event hits, fans get money back. Team credit makes sure it comes straight back to you.

When the trigger event hits, your fans get money back. The question is where that money goes next.

Cash leaves the building. Team credit comes back to it: to the team store, the concession stand, the next game.

How the money moves

  1. A fan buys. A $175 jersey, at full price.
  2. The trigger event happens. Say the home team wins on Saturday.
  3. COVR pays your team. The money back goes to you, not to the fan.
  4. You credit the fan. $87.50 in store credit, in their account by Sunday morning.

COVR never sends money to your fans directly. You decide how they get it: store credit, food and drink credit, ticket credit, or anything else you already run.

Why credit works harder than cash

  • It brings fans back. Credit is a reason for the next visit, not a refund.
  • It stays yours. Every dollar of credit is spent with you, often with more on top.
  • It keeps the relationship. The fan hears from you, in your voice, with your name on the balance.

Make it easy to use

Send the credit by email or text the day after the game. Show the balance where fans already shop. Give it an end date that fits your season, so it gets used while the win is still fresh.
